Remodelers, Inc. specializes in basement remodeling and refinishing, kitchen and bath remodeling and refinishing, structural and interior design, home additions and pop-ups (second and or third story additions). Our service area includes Northern Colorado.

Home Additions

When Remodelers, Inc. creates an addition for your current home, we are able to seamlessly blend the home addition to your existing structure. We can create a new great room, kitchen, home fitness room, bathroom, bedroom, study, library, sun room or any other desired room. We will do all of the excavation, foundation work, framing, etc. With you, the homeowner, we will design and build the home addition of your dreams!

Basement Remodels and Refinishes

For your basement, Remodelers, Inc. will sit down with you and design the space as you envision it. If more finished square footage is needed to realize your dream, we will make it. We can create custom billiard rooms, entertainment and home theatres, bars, poker rooms, wine cellars and more.

Home Pop-ups

If you desire to add square footage to your home on the second story, Remodelers, Inc. can design with you a home popup, or even a multi-level addition. We can remove and reconstruct roofs, provide any necessary structural changes and reshape your current structure into the home of your dreams.

Structural Design & Interior Design

Before any construction is to begin, Remodelers, Inc. will sit down with you and discuss your needs as the homeowner. We will listen to your desires and enable you to crystallize your wishes for your remodel. We will discuss schedules and budgets and then design the remodel. We can provide you with a virtual walk-through and discuss with you any changes you would like to make. If desired, Remodelers, Inc. also offers interior design assistance to you, the homeowner, in order to make your remodel truly spectacular.
