Where are you located?
Located in Loveland, Colorado, we proudly serve Boulder, Longmont, Berthoud, Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, Colorado and surrounding communities.

With over 12 years of design and build experience, Remodelers, Inc. offers you over a decade of on-the-job skill and know-how. We are also proud members of the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau.

What services do you offer?

Remodelers, Inc. offers a variety of services including:

Design to build consultations complete with virtual walk-through tours available for many projects.
Additions to your existing home including facilities such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, studies, and libraries.
Finishing or refinishing of basements including amenities such as billiard rooms, wine cellars, entertainment and home theatres, and bars. We are able to provide structural changes to foundations and to add on to current basement square footage.
Add square footage to your home by adding a pop-up, including roof-removal, structural changes, and multi-level design and engineering.
Interior decorating design assistance in various styles is available.

Are you licensed and insured?
Remodelers, Inc. is licensed and insured to build in Weld, Larimer, and Boulder Counties.

Do you provide a warranty?
Remodelers, Inc. offers a written, 1-year warranty on parts and labor. (Normal wear and tear is not guaranteed.) To have a problem fixed, the homeowner need only pick up the phone, and we will actively respond within 48 hours. If the problem cannot be fixed, we will replace whatever is damaged.

Remodelers, Inc. will perform all work to meet or exceed industry standards.
Remodelers, Inc. will fully disclose all risks and costs, to the best of our knowledge, associated with your remodel.
Remodelers, Inc. will fully specify all terms and conditions in writing and adhere to them as is within our control.
Remodelers, Inc. will submit any changes or amendments to the original contract in writing to be agreed upon by you, the homeowner.
Remodelers, Inc. will only ask for advance payment so that it may be applied to the cost of materials ordered in the name of the homeowner.
Remodelers, Inc. will abide by the decision of a professional arbitrator in the case of any unsettled dispute between you, the homeowner, and us.
